MARASCA GROUP IS A HOLDING COMPANY FOUNDED BY CARLO AND ENRICO MARASCA AIMING AT THE CREATION, THE ACQUISITION AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRANDS CONSISTENT WITH THE GROUP’S CORE VALUES.

Nowadays Marasca Group includes Remu, Id&s and Tortella.

Everything starts in 1972, the year in which Giorgio Marasca has created Remu, a company specialized in projecting and manufacturing machinery and equipment for the industry.

In 1998 Carlo and Enrico enter the company. In 2006 they founded Id&s together with the eng. Santilli, a company in the field of both the projecting and the industrial training and advisory .

In the biennium 2013/2014 Remu Balkans and Remu Brasil were born. In 2017 Tortella was acquired, a brand that is internationally well known for the quality of the products offered: agriculture machinery.

In 2019 the holding Marasca Group was created.
